Begin your journey with E-DEED by registering on our platform. Create an account by providing your basic information and setting up a secure password.

After registration, the next step is to upload your property documents. Our platform supports a variety of file formats for your convenience:

• Clear ID document
• Proof of residence
• Title Deed, PTO or ANO
• Plans & pictures
• Other

Person, Property, Ownership and VALUE need complete clarity to build an E-DEED

• Person verification will be made by interface with a third party Partner. Following certain protocols we will receive a full KYC Certificate compliant with all Legislation.
• Property verification – E-DEED will subscribe to two platforms for property description and location:
  • GTI
  • Google
• Ownership of the property will be confirmed via a Deed, PTO or similar document.
• Wealth will be verified via our unique platform, universally accepted calculators and Building Value Index created by our Partners. This will then be related to a Crypto Token.

This confirmation signifies that your documents have been validated and your property details are now securely stored in our system.

With the verification complete and confirmation received, E-DEED will issue your virtual wealth certificate.
