At the helm of E-DEED is Lance Chalwin-Milton, a visionary leader with a wealth of experience in property and real estate. Alongside him, Senzo Tsabedze and Thenjiwe Tsabedze bring invaluable expertise in fleet management, telematics, and auditing, forming a powerhouse trio of leadership.
Director at The Property Pact. Lance was involved in the MBO of the Capital Markets division now trading as SA Property Xchange. He is a career real estate professional experienced in property development, funds management, transactions, and advisory across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors in South Africa. Former Managing Director and shareholder of Top Flite Properties and High Street Investments.
Their collective vision drives E-DEED to redefine property ownership and wealth, empowering stakeholders with a seamless, secure, and transparent solution.

Senzo Tsabedze
As a partner at E-DEED, Senzo Tsabedze's extensive experience in fleet management and telematics adds invaluable expertise to our team. Senzo played a key role in Afrirent's strategic acquisition of stakes in Afrirent Intermodal Logistics, enhancing freight services integration and optimizing shipping routes.

Thenjiwe Tsabedze
As a partner at E-DEED, Thenjiwe Tsabedze brings invaluable expertise as a qualified auditor with a decade of experience in the public sector. Her extensive understanding of public operations and expertise in corporate governance and compliance significantly enhances our company's operations. Thenjiwe's leadership ensures that E-DEED adheres to the highest standards of transparency and regulatory compliance, instilling trust in our platform among property owners and industry stakeholders.

Mark Niemand
As a partner at E-DEED, Mark Niemand brings a strong passion for innovation, customer satisfaction, and team building with a proven track record of success and is a results-driven entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in building, operating, and managing various ventures, including filling stations, hotels, hospitality services, and property developments.

GG Alcock
Born white but raised & bred as a Zulu man , GG grew up in a mud hut with no running water, electricity or modern conveniences living with and like young Zulu boys.
GG has been at times a shebeen owner, political activist, community worker, African adventurer and successful businessman. He is fluent in Zulu and conversant in most South African ethnic languages.
In 1999, GG founded Minanawe Marketing, an activations business which pioneered marketing to township and informal mass markets in South Africa. Later selling Minanawe GG founded Kasinomics which provides insights, strategies, route to market and consumer marketing to South Africa’s mass markets.
GG’s books KasiNomics and KasiNomic Revolution cast a light on the invisible matrix at the heart of South Africa’s informal economies and the people who live in them. The books explore the revolution taking place in the great marketplaces of the informal sector and share lessons on doing business in these informal spaces.
GG’s book Born White Zulu Bred tells his journey from the mud hut he was raised in and the tribal forces that shaped him, to the dynamic world of KasiNomics.
GG is regular speaker, a thought leader and commentator on the trends and dynamics of the informal economies & societies which make up the majority of South Africa.
